Brener Clinic are experts in all aspects of dental implant procedures as a restorative solution to replace one or more missing teeth. Dental implants look, feel, and function like natural teeth, and can last a lifetime.
A dental implant is a fine titanium screw that is placed into the upper or lower jawbone to replace a missing tooth root. Once the dental implant has integrated with your jawbone it becomes a solid foundation onto which a porcelain crown or bridge restoration is secured. Dental implant development has been one of the most innovative advancements in modern dentistry.
If you are living with missing teeth, or facing tooth loss, please call Brener Clinic at

One of the main benefits of dental implants is that they look, feel and function just like natural teeth.
Dental implants may provide an alternative solution to dental bridges or dentures.
Having one or more missing teeth may lead to other teeth moving out of alignment, and could also compromise your appearance as well as impact the strength and density of your jawbone. Dental implants can help preserve your bone and tooth structure for long-term oral health.
Dental implant procedures, including the All-on-4 implant system, are Brener Clinic’s particular area of expertise. Dr Dan Brener founded Brener Implant Institute (Bii) for continuing education in 2003. Bii is committed to training dental practitioners in advanced dental implants and prothodontics. Bii courses are compliant with Section 4 of the DBA Guidelines on Continuing Professional Development.
Brener Clinic uses state-of-the art dental implant technology allowing us to deliver the highest quality service to our patients. 3D dental CT Scans enable us to measure the density and quantity of your jawbone and allow us to plan your treatment options.
Brener Clinic also uses the very latest sophisticated 3D planning software in the planning of implant and bone grafting procedures. This also allow us to precisely measure the height and width of bone prior to surgery. We can locate bone structure and nerves and follow their path through the inside jawbone with greater precision than ever before. We can also make use of computer generated surgical guides to add accuracy to implant placement which decreases surgical time.

All patients are evaluated by Brener Clinic with a thorough history and physical examination prior to any services being performed. Not all patients are good candidates for these types of procedures. When a patient is found not to be a good candidate no treatment is offered or rendered. Results of individual treatments may vary.
