Setting the standards

The Brener Implant Institute was established in 2003 to help set and elevate the standard of care in implant dentistry by teaching Dentists using a hands-on approach.

This approach uses progressive well documented information and hands on experience to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to make implant placement safe and predictable.
